Call Out 13 Brockagh Rescue 14/03/15
On Saturday the 14th of March at approximately 12.01hrs both the Glen of ImaalRed Cross Mountain Rescue Team and the Dublin Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team came to the assistance of a male hill runner who had suffered a lower leg injury on the Brockagh’s while taking part in a trail run event.
Mountain Rescue personnel treated him for his injury before he was stretchered off the hill to a waiting MR 4×4 vehicle. He was then transported to the organisers tent at the Brockagh Centre. No further action was required so the incident was stood down.
