Call Out 22: Arklow Search 16/3/17
On Thursday, March 16th,The Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue Team and Dublin Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team were tasked by An Garda Síochána to assist in a search of Glenart Woods, near Arklow. At 16:25hrs mountain rescue (MR) personnel joined An Garda Síochána, Civil Defence, and local volunteers to search for an elderly woman who was reported missing earlier in the day. The woman was located safe and well shortly before 18:00hrs and the incident was the stood down.
