Glendalough Rescue (31/01/13)

 

On Thursday 31/01/13 at14.50hrs The Glen of Imaal red Cross Mountain Rescue Team and the Dublin & Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team were requested by Gardai to assist a person who had suffered an injury while walking on the Spinc in Glendalough. After been treated by the Teams the person was evacuated by the Coastguard helicopter to hospital.

Mountain Rescue would like to thank all agencies involved including Irish Coastguard and the National Parks & Wildlife Service.
