Aughavannagh Search (28/02/13)
On Thursday 28/02/13 at 06.00hrs The Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue Team and the Dublin & Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team were requested by Gardai to search in the forests of Aughavannagh after it was believed shouts for help had been heard by Army personnel who were on maneuvers in the area. Their search resulted in nothing found as did the the search conducted by both MR teams.
