Call Out 61: Ballinastoe Assist 16/10/16
At aproximately 12:10hrs on Sunday, October 16th, both the Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue Team and the Dublin Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team were tasked to assist a female mountain biker in Ballinastoe Woods. The call came from HSE National Ambulance Service Control through An Garda Síochána.
Mountain Rescue personnel assisted NAS paramedics in treating the woman for an injury to her left shoulder. The woman was evacuated to a waiting ambulance. The incident was stood down at 13:07hrs.
