Kilbride Search (23/01/13)
On Wednesday 23/01/13 at 19.09 Wicklow’s Mountain Rescue Team’s came to the aid of a lone motorist who’s car had become stuck in snow. The person was found in the Kilbride area and was driven out to safety, unharmed.
Mountain Rescue would like to thank the people involved.
We would like to once again remind all motorists the conditions on high mountain roads are very dangerous and snow and ice has made some mountain pass roads (especially Sally Gap) impassable.
