Dublin Mts(23/11/10)
Today, Tuesday 23rd November 2010, a man in his seventies collapsed near the summit of Tibradden Mountain. Both Dublin/Wicklow and the Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue Teams were alerted by the Garda Síochána, and attended the scene.
The man was walking with friends in the Dublin Mts and at approximately 12.30pm he collapsed in semi-consciousness. The Irish Coastguard Helicopter was scrambled and airlifted the man to Tallaght hospital at 1.15pm for further treatment.
