Call Out 43: Glendalough Incident 16/08/15
On Sunday the 16th of August shortly before 8pm both the Glen Of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue Team and the Dublin Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team were tasked by the Gardai to help find a missing child in Glendalough
The 13yr old, an American tourist, had been walking near the Upper Lake in Glendalough with her mother when they became separated and her mother raised the alarm.
Rescuers hardly had the chance to respond before the girl was reunited with her mother and the incident was stood down.
Mountain Rescue would like to thank all involved.
