Call Out 09: Lugnaquilla Search 15/02/15
On Sunday the 15th of February at approx 16.54hrs both the Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue Team and the Dublin Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team were called out to assist in the search for a missing hill walker who had become separated from her group while descending off Lugnaquilla, Leinster’s highest mountain.
4 members of her group also went back up onto the mountain to search for her and found her at the location where she had become separated from the group. She was then guided down to safety and the operation was stood down.
